It's no surprise that our thoughts and feelings have a powerful influence on our bodies (and vice versa).  Rebalancing is a type of bodywork that brings insight and awareness into this interplay.

Rebalancing is touch and being touched.  It is movement, silence, breath, awareness.  It can bring tears, joy, anger, understanding, trust, power, acceptance, peace and even laughter.  It helps you to experience your true nature deeply and freely.
The starting point in Rebalancing is always
the body.  When the body releases its tension, energy comes free.  At the same time, we can become aware of emotional and mental holding patterns.
Rebalancing work is not based on the idea that there is something to fix or to change.  The emphasis is on the discovery, understanding, and loving acceptance of your true self.  

The Rebalancer is more a guide than a therapist.  She offers a non-judgemental and caring space that supports your personal exploration.
